İstanbul Airport Museum

2020

Interior Lighting

Istanbul Airport museum was designed to introduce Turkish culture to world citizens and is home to 319 pieces from 29 museums across Turkey offering glimpses into to Turkish history starting from the Neolithic Age. Low voltage zoom magnet track spots were used for pieces in varying sizes displayed inside glass boxes and framer track spots were used for paintings and sculptures, again in varying sizes. Linear fixtures were used for glass panels that showcased various works on them. Glare-controled minimal downlights were used for the reception area in the main entrance and decorative, pendant luminaires were used in the red room at the entrance to match the theme.
