Faro was started by Carlos Lopez in Barcelona in 1940 with the sale of lighting products and was officially established as a family business in 1951. Faro, Spain’s first importer of ceiling fans, with indoor and Mediterranean style outdoor lighting fixtures, currently operates in more than 130 countries with a team of more than 100 direct collaborators and serves more than 7,000 customers.
